Government regulation of private pension funds in Russia: error correction

The article is devoted to estimation of changes in legal status and government regulation of private pension funds in Russia. Although new laws have positive effects for Russian funds activities, the author believes that it will have no impact on the financial sustainability of these institutions. The article highlighted important issues not raised by the updated regulations, and proposed solutions.
