In the article the models, allowing to estimate the synergetic effects of integration of the enterprises of the knowledge-intensive industrial complex are constructed and investigated; to define conditions for integration with positive financial and economic result, and also promotes growth of volumes and increase of level of specialization of modern knowledge-intensive production.
