Improved methods of selection of residents of public business incubators

In the article the technique of carrying out competitive selection of potential residents of business incubator of the state type is presented, directed on essential increase of efficiency of implementation of programs on business incubation. The main criteria by which the participants of selection directed on identification of the most perspective in respect of commercialization of projects have to be estimated are offered. The main problem aspects of realized state programs are determined by business incubation, positive and negative aspects of work of GU "Nizhny Novgorod Innovative Business Incubator" are considered.
