In the article the methods of the analysis of cash flows in system of expeditious controlling on the example of the holding company are considered. The purposes and problems of controlling are formulated. The research of existing financial performance and methods of the analysis of cash flow of the company is conducted. New approaches to system of the factorial analysis of cash flows are developed.
