Methodological provisions of monitoring regional PPP projects on transport

In the article the problems of methodology of monitoring of efficiency for a design of state-private partnership (PPP) on transport are considered. Specific characteristics of a design of PPP are presented and justified, and also basic provisions of methodological bases of monitoring of these projects are presented. The article describes the experience of development PPP-projects in St. Petersburg.
