Role of social insurance fund in implementation of social guarantees

In the article the role of the social insurance fund in the realization of social guarantees of citizens is estimated. The main problems of the state social policy are discussed; the positive and negative moments of carried-out policy are noted. The important place of social insurance fund in the financial mechanism of providing social guarantees of citizens is emphasized. The sources of financial resources of fund and the direction of their use are analyzed.
