Modeling of managerial process by transaction costs in motor transportation cluster

As a result of research of features and essence of the mutual relations arising inside motor transportation cluster, necessity of management is proved by the transaction costs arising between various participants of cluster formation. Use of the mathematical device of the theory of games for modeling managerial process by transaction costs in motor transportation cluster is considered.
