The world market for rocket-space technology is characterized by the wide variety, it is in the unsteady transient regime and is located in the stage of formation. It is characterized by the special features, which hamper use for its analysis and administrations of the approaches, developed in connection with to stable market. Laws governing the change on the world market for rocket-space technology are determined, first of all, by the competitory relations between its participants, each of whom pursues their interests.
