The antagonism of the financial mechanism in the housing and communal services sphere of Russia

The difficulty of the financial stabilization problem solving in the sphere of housing and communal services is caused by the necessity to reconcile the interests of populations, service provider and State. There is an analysis of the financial correlation in the sphere of housing and communal services at the micro- and macro- level. The authors came to the conclusion that the contradictions in the sphere of housing and communal services are mainly caused by the state policy drawbacks.
