Cloud working as a way to maintain the level of performance under demographic crisis

Importance The article considers the issues related to demographic decline, concepts of new ways to increase labor productivity under these conditions. Cloud working should replace the classical employment and become more attractive to a new generation. However, there are constraints for remote employment.
Objectives The purpose of the study is to identify the demographic pit problems, propose solutions to overcome this crisis with the help of information and communication technologies, and analyze bottlenecks.
Methods The study draws on theoretical and methodological data of demographic statistics and information and communication technologies with an outlook up to 2030.
Results The paper presents a concept of new-type social and labor relations, which can be used to search for new ways of increase in labor efficiency and employee incentives on the part of the State and entrepreneurs.
Relevance The proposed model may serve as a basis of efficient innovative ways of integrated development of labor markets in Russian regions. The findings may be used as recommendations for specialists involved in human performance improvement, undertakings and public authorities.
