Subject The article investigates the socio-economic relationships that determine patterns of research in the staff turnover process in agricultural holdings.
Objectives The study aims to provide a theoretical underpinning and systematization of scientific and methodological approaches to research in staff turnover process in agricultural holdings.
Methods The study draws on the systems approach and method of dialectical cognition enabling to systematize and justify approaches that determine the nature and patterns of the study of personnel turnover process in agricultural holdings.
Results The paper substantiates methods and indicators for evaluating the efficiency of the personnel turnover system, assesses the system of personnel turnover analysis at Agro-Belogorie Group of Companies, justifies a program for the study of the personnel turnover process, and formulates measures to reduce staff turnover in the said Group.
Relevance The proposed recommendations may be useful for CEOs of agricultural organizations when developing socio-economic projects and programs aimed at creating competitive advantages on the basis of stable and competent profile of organization's staff.
