The article analyzes the main approaches to the concept of "creative industries" and it regards the interrelationship of the concepts of "creativity", "cultural industries" and "creative industries". The author of the article considers the existing "creative-industries" models; substantiates the choice of the most acceptable model; analyzes statistical data of the creative goods-and-services production structure and dynamics in Russia, Canada, and Brazil.
