In the article the essence of crowd-sourcing as modern technology of management and basis of innovative business models is considered. Structural elements of crowd-sourcing are allocated; its merits and demerits are generalized. The problems connected with application of technology of crowd-sourcing as a basis of innovative business models are presented.
