Article is devoted to the problem of financial provision of municipalities, the analysis of formation and development of the income of local budgets, the inter-budgetary relations, regarding mentioning local budgets is carried out. Authors propose the mechanism for improving of financial provision of local budgets as the direction of inter-budgetary relations’ improving.
