This article concerns the establishment and functioning of corporate structures created for increase of competitiveness of production of the industrial enterprises entering into their structure. Taking into account possible risks of proposed integrated methodology of planning, the management mechanism program actions, the method of multi-factor analysis program-project planning are presented.
