In the article the analysis of innovative activity of the organizations of manufacture of pharmaceutical production is carried out. It is shown that merges and absorption are the important tool of accumulation of resources for research and development financing in pharmaceutics sphere. The analysis of patent activity of the Russian pharmaceutical enterprises is carried out. It is constructed эконометрическая communication model between a gain of the company and its patent activity.
