In the article the role of geoinformation systems (GIS) in the economic analysis is revealed. The process of creation of thematic maps on the basis of the geoinformation economic model of monitoring and complex estimation of economy and social infrastructure of the territories condition is presented. In the article the monitoring and the analysis of economy of agrarian and industrial complex of the Siberian federal district’s condition is given as an example of the special case of model.
