The essence of formation of toolkit of ecological management in agrarian sector of economy reveals. Factors of seasonal prevalence of agro industrial manufacture, stages of development of ecological management, and also a cause and effect of infringement of this mechanism show. The model of an estimation of efficiency of ecological management in the short-term, intermediate term and long-term period is offered.
