In article on the basis of ranging of factors of an environment on degree of the importance for a sustainable development of an oil and gas complex strategic modeling of innovative activity of an oil and gas complex on the basis of the offer and consideration of various variants of the innovative policy representing tactical administrative decisions on sectors of extraction and processing, and priority from the point of view of financing kinds of innovative activity is spent.
