The modular approach to system engineering of adaptation of employees in re-structuring

In the conditions of constantly varying economic situation the increasing number of the companies aspires to adaptation of the business to new realities. In this connection more and more employees become some kind of beginners. Researches have shown that more than 25 % of all workers in the USA work in the companies of less year and more than 33 % - less than 2 years 1 - 3. In given article the modular approach to working out of the program of the adaptation constructed taking into account features of processes of re-structuring and organizational structure of the company is considered.
