The economic analysis transactions costs the integrated structures in construction

The problem of increase of efficiency of corporate management of the building companies in conditions of financial crisis became even more actual. In the present work on the basis of generalization of theoretical positions and practical experience of the western and Russian researchers the conclusion that decrease of size transactions costs of the integrated structures is one of criteria of their efficient control is made. The algorithm трансакционного the analysis of efficiency of results of the accepted administrative decisions of the building company is offered, and also economic benefit of reduction of transaction of the company owing to change of the circuit and logistics is designed.
